Give your thinking mind a rest and allow life force energy to flow through you with a chakra alignment. Enjoy the benefits of a grounding mat and light therapy during session. End of Life Doula
Has someone you love been diagnosed with a terminal disease? Are you or your family finding it difficult to talk about the subject of death? Are they experiencing anxiety about the subject? Many cultures struggle to accept this aspect of life, which leaves us unprepared when the time comes.
With my experience as a Hospice Nurse and CNA, I am comfortable in these tender spaces. Let me hold space for you and your loved ones as you navigate these life changes. I offer therapeutic conversation, music, poetry, gentle touch and reiki with consent. Additional services include: service planning, memoir creation, and personal history recording. Bringing in high vibration tones, cleanliness and organization to your space can help these energies move on and out of your home.

Trip Sitter, Medicine Journey Space Holder
Have you been curious about how sacred medicine can assist you in your spiritual journey? Are you worried about doing it in a group, but don't want to experience it alone? Allow me to be your anchor as you explore the depths of your soul in the comforts of your own home.
I will assist you by: reviewing any prescription medications, performing an energetic cleanse, setting a grid, discussing your intentions and maintain a safe space. I can also check your vitals at the start and end of your trip and as indicated throughout your journey. Hydration is key and I'm happy to remind you to take care of your body's needs. Sananga
Sananga refers to traditional eye drops used by indigenous tribes in the Amazon rainforest, such as the Yawanawá, Katukina, and Nukini. It's prepared from the roots and bark of the Tabernaemontana undulata shrub, also known as "milkwood", found in South American countries like Brazil.
It may: sharpen vision, help treat eye conditions, have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, provide spiritual and emotional healing. Beyond physical vision, Sananga is considered a sacred plant medicine used for spiritual purposes. It's believed to help clear negative energies, enhance intuition, improve mental focus, and prepare individuals for ceremonies or spiritual work. Some accounts suggest Sananga can assist in detoxifying the body and easing emotional issues such as anger, depression, and anxiety.
Important considerations: Sananga is known to cause a strong stinging sensation upon application to the eyes. This discomfort is temporary and part of the cleansing process.
